How Long to my Item is Shipped?

Canadian Tonneau covers takes pride in being able to have items in most cases items are sent out within 1-2 business days of ordering If the item is out of stock or there is a delay on the shipment to what is stated above we will contact you personally. 

What courier do you work with?

99% of our orders will be shipped by  FEDEX

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment (normally you will receive the shipment from 1-2 business days, and up to 5 business days depends on which province you ship to).

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 2 business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. This process should take 1 or 2 business days, before receiving a shipping label to return. Once we receive we check the box and you receive a refund or we exchange the product as you want.

Change of Mind:

Canadian Tonneau covers knows you'll love our products! We do understand  that you may change your mind. In the unlikely event you wish to return the item the following conditions do apply: 

  • You will receive a shipping label from us in one or two business days after we receive an email with picture from you. You are responsible for sticking the shipping label on the box and a ship the Box.
  • The item must be unused in the original packaging and in a resalable condition to be eligible for a return & refund. If it's determined that the items have been used or  not in the original condition and not in a resalable condition the return & refund will be voided.


Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after being shipped you will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.
